Sorry, I don't know what this pin was for.  Perhaps military, medical, ????  It is 1" in diameter.  Hopefully my large photos will make it clear.  Inscribed on the back is N. S. Meyer, Inc. New York, with a shield underneath.  Condition good as shown.
