This precious small figurine wears a brilliant orange cap with a blue band, and sports a pair of golden wings.  He holds a pot and an eating implement, and has another bowl at his side.  He sits atop a typical Chelsea white bricked oven, and his short robe is painted with flowers in deep reds and blues.

This figurine is 2 1/2 inches tall, 2 1/4 inches wide and approximately 2 inches deep.

The gold anchor mark was used by Chelsea Porcelain Works in England from 1756 to 1769, but unfortunately it was a painted mark most copied after the gold anchor mark.  So I have not priced it as a Chelsea piece, even though it is soft paste and appears right.  I have owned several miniature Chelsea perfumes and bonbonniere that I knew were right, so I will leave the choice to you.
