The Booty Barre Plus Abs & Arms
is a sexy, energetic Dance-A-Thon that combines the toning benefits of
yoga, Pilates, ballet and dance to strengthen and stretch the body to
help you look (and feel) 10 years younger.
And get this – you don’t need any dance experience and you certainly
don’t need a partner! The workout begins with a fluid dance fusion
warm-up to center the mind and body. Next is the killer arm section
using 3-5 pound dumbbells, focusing on high repetition, with unique
Pilates and ballet inspired arm work. The barre section incorporates
innovative standing abdominal work with a whole lot of booty, plus,
high-energy fitness intervals to blast total body fat. The final core
section consists of exercises based on Pilates and Yoga, with the option
to include a dumbbell for more of a challenge.
Tracey Mallet, creator and star, is an International Fitness
Expert and author. She is a former professional dancer and for decades
has practiced and taught Pilates. Tracey’s natural progression in her
career was to create a brand new exercise system combining her two
greatest passions, Dance and Pilates. The end result was The Booty Barre
