Item description for WOMEN'S PENCIL SKIRT BY EMMA JAMES / SIZE 8

I have a long skirt that buttons from top to bottom. It is made by Emma James it has belt loops around the waist for a belt. The skirt is about 35 inches from waist to hem. The only thing that I see wrong with it is the hem at the bottom by the split is coming loose, easy fix. Please see pictures for more details. The BLOUSE PICTURED is being SOLD SEPARATELY FOR $9.99
