Hi and welcome to Robin's Nest! This is a great deal on a vintage lot of elves or pixies! All have stiff felt bodies, arms and legs; the two bigger ones have felt hats. All three have soft plastic heads. The two larger ones (the larger red and white ones) are about 6-1/2" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4"; the red one is missing the pom pom off the front of his shirt and the Japan sticker on his back. The white one has some minor soiling on his back. Both of these elves have pink plastic hangers for hanging on your tree. The littlest one has a metal ornament hook for hanging which is through the hole in his plastic hat; he also has a dark spot on his right ear and some paint chipping on the back of his hat. I have no way of knowing how old these ornaments are but my guess is late '50's to early '60's. This set is in good used condition, great vintage condition.
