Used Items All “used” items are sold “as Is” with no warranty implied. All sales of used items are final, with no refund, return, or exchange. Refurbished Items All refurbished machines come with a 30-day parts warranty against any manufacturing defect and any malfunction under normal operating conditions. Parts that are defective or damaged will be replaced. Please keep in mind that the warranty does not cover consumables (e.g., toner cartridges, drums, fusers, and developer). The warranty is null and void in the event of misuse, parts damaged during installation by someone other than a qualified technician, or after the warranty period has expired. |

Returns ABD Office Solutions, Inc. only accepts exchanges if any of the following circumstances are demonstrated with the provision of documents and proof: |
| Order Processing | All orders for printers and printer accessories are subject to a 5-7 working day lead time (excluding weekends and holidays). |
| Shipping & Pickup | Smaller
and lighter items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Heavy and oversize
items, on the other hand, will be shipped by a commercial freight
carrier. Residential, inside, or remote delivery requests will incur
additional shipping charges. If this occurs prior to shipping, we will
notify you. The transit time for freight shipments is 7-10 business
days after the package has been processed and shipped. Once your order
has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message with your
tracking number. Local customers within 30 miles of our office can arrange for warehouse pick-up by appointment. We are in Corona, Riverside County, California. |
