This is a stunning gold tone metal figural Angel brooch or pendant. The Angel is in a kneeling pose in prayer with hands raised in front of her. It is highly detailed and textured with beautiful facial features and wings. It measures approximately 2 inches by 2 inches at the widest points. It is signed MONH on the back which stands for either Museum of Natural History or Museum of Our National Heritage, I believe it is the 1st.
This brooch is in excellent vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged photographs. It has a nice working clasp and a ring on the back to place on a necklace to wear as a pendant. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and show the details better than I can describe.
This would be perfect for anyone’s collection of figural jewelry. If you love Angels this one is for you. What a wonderful gift for anyone who would like a Guardian Angel to watch over their home.
