Vintage Baroque Faux Pearl Filigree Screwback Dangling Earrings 1950s
Dangling Oval Cabochon
Gold Tone Metal Finish
Dimple Stones
Blistered Effect

This is a lovely pair of vintage dangling screwback earrings made of a gold tone metal set with imitation or faux pearls. The top features a round faux pearl attached to the screwback mechanism. From that hangs a large creamy Baroque style faux dimpled pearl cabochon that is glued into a decorative prong style bezel surrounded by a lovely rectangular filigree metal frame with a flower design. These belonged to my Mother and are most likely from the 1940s to 1950s.

These are in very good vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged pictures. There is some glue residue on the back of one of the earrings and microscopic pearl finish loss on the round earring tops (can't see without magnification). They measure approximately 1 1/2 inches long and 1 inch wide. I have not tried to polish them, I will leave that up to you.
