Omega-3 Fatty Acids are long chain fatty acids that participate in many functions in the body. While some fatty acids can be made by the body, omega-3 fatty acids cannot be made and therefore must be obtained from food or supplementation. 1
ALA, EPA, and DHA all have essential functions in our bodies. ALA can be converted into EPA and then to DHA, but the conversion rate is very low. 2

Suggested Use:As a dietary supplement, parents may give each child, two to three years old, one (1) gummy per day (Servings per bottle: 220). Parents may give each child, four years old or older, two (2) gummy bears per day. Instruct child to chew each gummy thoroughly.Servings per Bottle: 110
To ensure quality and potency through expiration, this dietary supplement is manufactured with higher active ingredient levels than the indicated Amount per Serving. Take only as directed. Do not exceed suggested dosage. If your child has a medical condition or is on medication, please consult a physician before using this product. Not recommended for children under two years of age due to choking. An individuals need for this product may be met through a varied and well balanced diet. Do not use if inner seal is broken or missing. This product may settle during shipping. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture. Colors will darken over time.
