This is a RING IN THE SHAPE OF A BLACK BELT SURROUNDED BY RHINESTONES SIZE 8 (#1166) I believe the material is Bakelite. It is approximately 1 inch by ¾ inch. The ring is not in the greatest condition, some of the stones are missing and the ring itself is bent. Please see pix for a complete description.
