This is a LEONARD SILVER PLATE COASTER HOLDER (#0960). Made in HONG KONG. I only have one coaster left. Will hold coasters 3 ½ inch wide. It measures approximately 4 ¾ inches tall and is 3 ¾ at the base. It is in very good condition, a few very minor pits by the lower part of the handle but no dents or loosening of handle.
