    • You must get a return number (RMA#) before return the item back, otherwise the return package will be refused. Please provide us the product serial number, your ID and the reason for return when you request the RMA.

If any Game or Software is sold/described in new, original sealed condition, you must return for refund in the original sealed condition while the opened Games or Software cannot return for refund under any circumstances.  For defective CD, we can provide replacement with CD or DVD, or refund it. If any Game or Software is sold/described like new, open box with Unregistered/Unactivated/Unused key/activation code , you must return for refund with the same condition while the game or software cannot return with the Registered/Activated/Used key/activation code for refund under any circumstances. If any issue occurs when the buyer installs or uses the game or software, we will try our best to help you but the buyer should contact the manufactured support to resolve the issue if it is beyond our ability and we will do our best to help you to get manufactured support .
    • We do provide 30 day return service from the purchasing date if you changed your mind or ordered wrong product. Return product must be in the same condition we ship to you except  that our shipped product excluding games or software has defective or arrives in damage. A game or software must be returned in the same original condition as described in the above section for game and software return policy under any circumstances except that a new, original seal condition arrives in damage.   20% restock fee will be deducted from original price. Shipping fee from original order is non-refundable. It is buyer's responsibility to pay the return shipping charges.
