This is a Goldtone & Silvertone Mrs. Snowman Pin. Her Hat, scarf and jacket are goldtone and her body is silvertone with Rainbow colored rhinestones that make it sparkle really pretty.  Her skis are silvertone. This is an exceptionally unique and nice pin. Not worn.

There is no name/maker.  It has a safety pin with a "C" clasp that is a rotating "c" clasp.

Size approximately:  1 1/2 inch tall X 1 5/8 inch wide. One picture is using a flash and the other is no flash used.
