Description

The Endurance is an autosampler that offer a wide variety of possibilities for HPLC. It is suitable for use with various types of well plates by various manufacturers. The Endurance is capable of executing full loop injections, partial filled loop injections and µL pickup. It accommodates for the use of several different types of syringes from 100 µL to 10 mL. The Endurance has been designed for routine analysis and method development.

The Endurance offers three different methods of injection for an analytical run:  

Full loop The sample loop is completely (quantitatively) filled with sample resulting in extremely good reproducibility. 
Partial loopfill  The sample loop is partially filled with sample; this means low sample loss and programmable injection volumes. 
µL pick-up After aspiration of sample, the sample is transported into the loop with transport liquid (mobile phase); this means no sample loss.  
The Endurance uses a syringe to aspirate sample from a well into the sample loop. To prevent contamination of the syringe the Endurance is equipped with a buffer tubing between the syringe and the injection valve. Wash solvent is used to remove sample from the buffer tubing and sample needle, and to rinse the buffer tubing and sample needle
