This is a vintage, approx 1960's, Chatty Cathy 20" tall doll. She has blue sleepy eye, light red/blond hair and freckles on her face. Her head made of soft vinyl, her legs arms and body made of hard plastic.  Her hair need some work, and need some cleaning. She has no outfit, she is not talking. As is, as pictured.
