We ship from USA by US Postal Mail or Fed-Ex (on request)  One-Day processing and shipping. Overnight delivery available. If you absolutely-have-to-have-it by a certain date and need answers, or if you have any questions about sizing and fit, please Contact us, we will reply usually the same day.... unless we’re goofing off somewhere...or we've run out of chocolate donuts... in that case, please allow 24 hrs to reply or as soon as we get back from the doughnut shop!

We will ship to international destinations, including UK, Canada, Netherlands at calculated rate by weight, via US Postal International Priority Mail .

RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:.
All sales are final, except for damaged goods.  If your shipment is damaged when it arrives, Please contact us within three (3-5) business days, (not counting the day your shipment arrived, weekends or Holidays). 
Please take photographs of the damaged package and any damages to the contents, and send the photos to us as soon as possible. Please keep all damaged packaging to return with your damaged item.
