Returns

If the item(s) is damaged in transit or DOA, an exchange or refund will be issued.

Items must be returned to us with a postmark of at most FIVE days after the original delivery date. We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed for all applicable fees, including the return fee and a 20% restocking fee.

Please note:

We will not accept returns on costumes or masks purchased from Aug. 1 - Oct 30 - After Halloween (Oct. 30).
