This is an older American Brilliant Glass Carafe with a chip in the rim and a very busy cut design.

The carafe measures 7.75 inches tall and is 6 1/8 inches wide. 

The chip is shown in pictures 5 and 6 from two different angles.

The carafe has a large sun/star pattern with a burst pattern in between them.  All sides are shown including the bottom and the neck.

The glass is clean and shiny.  It has no other damage.
