This is a shaped edge, shaped porcelain plate by Altrohlau MZ Austria.  It has a mark dated 1884 to 1909 as shown.  The plate is white with pink flowers and greenery and it has some remnants of a gold rim, but most of the gold is gone. It has a nicely shaped raised detail just inside the rim.

The plate measures 8.75 inches long.

I am not sure exactly what the plate is for, but it would make a nice serving plate.

There are no chips, cracks, crazing, or other damage.
