Not that it needs to be said, but I do not control mail delivery. If you feel that it has taken too long to receive your item, upon receipt please look at the date that the package was sent (on the shipping label) and not when it was delivered. I also utilize online tracking via the USPS, and forward your e-mail to the Postal Service to make tracking your own package easier.
