Vintage, 1996, animated, singing, fraser fir, christmas tree by Gemmy Industries Corp. Bendable branches which seam to shed a lot. Red santa hat tree topper. Battery operated and uses 3 C batteries. Battery compartment has no corrosion. A piece of plastic has broken off the battery door latch. It will stay shut on its own but you might want to put a piece of electrical tape on it. See photo. Tested and found to be fully functional. Has an off switch as well as  low and high volume settings. Video taken when set on low. Plastic tree trunk base. Mouth and eyes open in shut while Gemmy place one of three songs: Deck The Halls, Jingle Bells and We Wish You a Merry Christmas. From base to tip the holiday decoration measures about 19 inches. Does not come with original box. In very good vintage pre-owned condition with some signs of wear from age and normal use.
