PIER 1 TEAPOT FOR ONE

This cute dark blue stoneware stackable teapot with cup and lid is from Pier 1.  It is often referred to as a teapot for one.  The teapot sits on top of the cup making for easy storage.  From what I have been able to find out, the color was called Alpine Blue, and is darker than it shows in the pictures.  It was produced in 2002 and has been discontinued.  

When stacked with the lid on it measures approximately 5 inches tall.  The teapot with the lid on measures approximately 3 inches tall, and cup measures approximately 2 oe inches tall. It is marked on the bottom: Stoneware, Exclusively for Pier 1, Teapot Mug Set, Dishwasher Safe, Microwave Safe at Low Temperature, China.  There is very minor wear from use, and age.  It would display well with other vintage teapots.  When properly packaged, it will ship at 3 pound rate.
