A First Edition commemorative bottle from the Wheaton Glass Presidents series, this one featuring Dwight David Eisenhower who served as the 34th President of the United States from 1953 until 1961. An inscription on the back of the bottle reads: ”His greatest conquest … The hearts of the American people”

There were two different versions of the Eisenhower bottle made by Wheaton. THIS ONE shows him wearing his General’s cap. The other (more common) has no cap and shows his classic bald head, the way he usually appeared as President. They have different inscriptions on the back, but both identify him as the 34th President and give his years in office.

Height approximately 8 inches (about 20 cm). Color: Iridescent Green (carnival glass). Marked on the bottom: Wheaton NJ / First Edition / Commemorative
