Bernardaud Limoges Platter Small B&C Pink Flowers Purple & Green Ferns Set Of 4      Measuring 10 3/4" x 8 1/2".  No cracks or chips but there is what I believe is some sort of manufacture flaw on the rim as pointed out in the pictures.  Some discoloration on the bottom rims.
