It has 3 adorable pink whales swimming across the panel at the top of the dress.  The dress is dark blue all over with tiny white polka dots and pink accents on the Peter Pan collar, sleeves and the edge of the dress.  It ties in the back and has 4 buttons in the back for ease in getting dressed.  This precious dress is perfect for Spring, Summer and/ or Fall.  This would make an adorable Easter dress or just for your favorite ocean loving girl!!!  Condition is preowned with no holes, rips or tears.  This is a preowned item so there is a small amount of wear, normal wear from use.
