• Condition: The plate is free of chips, cracks, crazing and fleabites. The center has wear from use and storage throughout with some of the design missing. The bottom has light shelf wear as expected. It is marked "Haviland France" in green underglaze, Mark I, which was used between 1894 and 1931 and decorator marked "Haviland & Co. Limoges for Burley & Co, Expressly for, The New York Central Lines" in red, mark c, used between 1889 and 1931. Generally the pattern and blank were used prior to 1900.
