This is a shirt from Tommy Bahama Baseball.

Made of 100% silk, it's black with incredible embroidery on the back.

The shirt has a stain on the front which I have tried to photograph well.

Across the back, laid flat and unstretched, the shirt measures 23 inches from armpit seam to armpit seam and 27 inches from the collar seam to the bottom of the back.
