We do accept returns within 30 days. However, if the item is received broken, we ask to be notified within 24 hours and the item returned within 14 days. All returns must include original tags, papers, ornaments, or special boxes and be in the same condition as when received. Refunds will be minus the original cost of shipping regardless of the return date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
