| Connect for the first time, make sure the camera is fully charged (charge until the red light is off), and then connect closer to the router

About capacity of the file
| We use the H.265 compression format. Its advantage is that it occupies a small memory, so the saved video will be smaller. This is not a disadvantage.

About 4K picture quality
| When our camera is watching in real time, the picture quality is 4K, but the stored video is 1080P after saving, the purpose is to save storage space. Otherwise, the memory card is not enough to use such a large video storage.

Camera feels hot to the touch?
| It is normal for the camera device to have heat when it is working, and it is probably like the heating state of a mobile phone playing a game, and it does not affect normal work.

Can't read the memory card?
| If the inserted memory card is not read, format the memory card in app for normal use. In addition, when inserting and pulling out the card, it is best to operate when it is turned off, otherwise the data is easy to be lost. Our device only supports memory cards below 256g.

| In order to ensure a better connection success, the first connection should be within 3-5 meters of the router, preferably not across the wall
