Tail Extension Care

All tails are 100% Natural Horse Hair and should be shampooed and conditioned regularly.

Blow dry and fluff your extension to give it a full look. To remove knots use your fingers or gently brush, DON’T PULL, your tail extension.

Do not leave your tail extension attached overnight. Remove the extension after your day of competition is complete.

If you buy the wrong color tail, we will happily exchange it for any of the other colors in stock. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Replacement tail will not be shipped until original tail has been returned in NEW/UNUSED original condition, with original wrap strings attached. NO exceptions. Returns on used tails will not be accepted.
