Instructor magazine, which has had various names throughout the years, originally began publication in 1891. The magazine focuses on teacher-related topics and curriculum ideas, and as of 1990 is owned by Scholastic.

This listing is for an April 1978 calendar/python snake poster that was a supplement in that month's issue of The Instructor magazine. The calendar features wonderful color illustrations by artist Joe Veno (including some April showers, of course!). Additionally, each day on the calendar contains an interesting bit of info for the teacher to share with their class.

This is double-sided and the reverse shows a close-up photo of a green python, as well as including a short paragraph of python-related facts. This poster measures approximately 21 inches wide and 15 inches tall.

It has been laminated. A small tear in the corner that occurred prior to lamination, otherwise nice vintage condition.
