Installation of Sticker or Decal will come with transfer tape applied.  

Turn off power to the outlet and clean the surface thoroughly before applying your decal
Make sure the area you apply the decal is clean, flat and dry. 
Carefully remove tape from carrier sheet making sure the entire sticker comes with it. Press firmly in place and use a squeegee (credit card works too) to get all the air bubbles out. Peel off transfer tape making sure the entire sticker stays in place.
