Vegetable Description: Hollow Crown is a popular, high quality parsnip with long, smooth, white roots. Roots range from 10 to 15” long x 2.8 to 3” in diameter with no side roots. Sweet white flesh has good flavor and keeps well over winter. Yields best when grown in deeply prepared soils. Relative maturity from 95 to 135 days.
