I’ve purchased this from film art galleries at an animation in comic book convention in New York City in the late 90s. I will make a copy of the cover of the folder. It came in that says Philmart galleries, heavy metal, animation, heavy metal, feature, film, and maybe disconnect as a provenance of where I got it.
