I remember my mother wearing these pearls many, many times in my childhood - until she broke them and relegated them to a box in a bottom drawer, never to be worn again. Restringing these brought back so many wonderful memories. I cried a few tears in the process but the "reinvented" version is even more wonderful than the original. I added a few extra details and made a pair of matching dangle earrings out of the original necklace. I hope you love this set and will cherish it!
