Tested and working. The game loaded up and I was able to play for a bit. The disc shows quite a few scuffs and scratches. The case is broken on the back at the bottom, it shows gouges in the plastic, typical shelf wear and may also have scuffs, scratches, dings and/or knicks that are hard to see in the photos. The items pictured are the actual items you will receive. Any download/digital codes cannot be verified and are therefore assumed to have been previously used. This game is content for rockband, it requires the peripherals to play, and they are not included with this listing.
