This piece is hallmarked on back Carl Art Co. and sterling. There are a variety of stone cuts baguette, round, pear, and clear and aquamarine colored stones. These stones are bright and fiery looking almost like real stones. This pin appears to be rhodium (anti tarnish metal) overlaid so should not need cleaning and weighs 10.8 grams.
The condition is very good no missing or visibly broken chipped stones, no mounting issues, and working safety clasp.
