2. Feedback's are extremely important for us. Better Feedback scores affect our search placement . We want to earn your good feedback and 5-star rating. Unfortunately, 4-stars is considered a bad rating for sellers and can result in restrictions on our account. Please help us maintain our business and give a 5-Star rating in all categories.

Vital Information

1. Each item is individually packed and secured with quality packaging material to ensure safe and undamaged delivery.

2. Packages are shipped via Registered International Air Mail or courier companies. Partial payment is not acceptable.

3. In rare cases it may take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending upon the destinations and customs of particular country.

Cancellation, Returns & Exchange

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

1. Please contact us within: 3 days of delivery

2. Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

3. Request a cancellation: before item has been dispatched

Conditions of return

1. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

2. All items must be in their original condition, not worn or altered.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at AAR Jewels to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to AAR Jewels as advised in email.

We strongly recommend that you use a track-able method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
