This (I believe is a) Vintage 1994 Barbie Kelly doll .  The doll stands 4 inches tall.  

The doll has strawberry blonde straight hair, blue eyes, and a light complexion. 

She is an original, licensed reproduction from Mattel and belongs to the Melody Li'l Friends of Kelly Barbie product line (I think). 

This baby doll needs to have her hair styled. Overall good Vintage used condition
