Sayco Miss America Pageant 10 Inch Vintage Doll. The doll has Bend Knees and Flutter Sleep Eyes that still open and close, her right eye does stick a little. I think she was made in the 1950's or 1960's just by some searching I did. She is cleaned up a little and could probably use a more detailed cleaning to really pretty her up.
