50 Aubrieta Bright Blue Rock Cress Seeds Perennial Flower Deer Resistant

Rock cress is a mat-forming evergreen perennial ground cover with small leaves and iridescent flowers. It is easy to establish from seeds and is an incredible performer producing masses of blooms.  This plant only grows to 4 inches tall, but it can spread up to 2 feet! This bright blue color makes a wonderful display.  Seems to thrive in impoverished and hungry shallow soils. It literally carpets the ground in a gorgeous profusion of blooms.  Plant this in crevices of walls or on a steep bank to flow over in a broad range of blue.

• Also looks beautiful in the garden or in containers.
• In hotter climates, this will perform better with some partial shade in the afternoon.
• Can be started inside in winter to be transplanted outdoors in spring or can be sown directly into the ground in spring, summer or fall.
