  • Pre-owned. With original box and packaging. Boxes have signs of wear. if these were used or displayed its not evident. The building is in excellent condition with no issues to note.  Both figurines were still sealed by packing tape in their styrofoam. I am not sure if this was done by the factory or by the prebious owner, either way pieces are in excellent condition with no issues to note. As seen in the photos. I have several more pieces of this set that I'll be listing this week. Too many to do all at once. I'm extending the handling time incase a buyer wants more than one piece but it didn't get listed until a later time. That way I can try to combine shipping as much as possible for buyers of multiple pieces.
