You can buy with confidence as I have over 1700 positive feedbacks on this store now, too...We try to answer within an hour, and sometimes right away, but it depends where you are writing from, of course.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. You may be asked to assist with insurance questions and we appreciate your help!

#1.Condition of items: No Worries! Everything leaves from a smoke free/pet free enviroment. If anything WERE to have an odor or some other flaw, we wouldn't sell it, or we would mention it in the listing.
