bottom of legs - on each outside seam - 2 snaps for pull up strap to hike up outer side of leg (see photo)

these have a dressy look to them - snapping up bottom of legs makes them look interesting

soft cotton fabric, should be a comfortable fit, especially with pull tab elastic
