An Everlasting Love, by Andy Gibb, was released as a single from the album Shadow Dancing. The song peaked at No. 5 on the Hot 100, No. 8 on the Easy Listening charts, and No. 10 in the UK. It was an international hit reaching No. 3 on the Canadian Top Singles charts as well as charting in Japan, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia. The single was written by his brother and Bee Gees member Barry Gibb and became a Gold record. It was Andy Gibb's fourth of five hits to do so. Its B-side Flowing Rivers was the title song of his first album. Andy Gibb's headstone reads Andy Gibb - March 5, 1958 - March 10, 1988 - An Everlasting Love.
