Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment Policy:
1. We accept payment via PayPal only.

4. Production Start after 70% Payment Comes.
5. Jewelry ships after Full Payment only.
6. The buyer has to pay all Installment on time period whichever finalizes while place order.

Shipping Policy:
1. We ship worldwide.
2. Our office and manufacturer unit is in India. Hence, our items are directly shipped from India.
3. Handling time is 5 business days after receiving cleared payment and ring size confirmation. (Business days excludes Saturdays / Sundays and Public Holidays)
4. All orders are shipped within 10 to 15 Biz Days. Since All our items are Made To Order and carefully made to comply with our Quality Standards, we need this much time to produce them. Once ready, they will be shipped by USPS with Online Tracking Available. (which may extend during peak season time).
5. We ship only to PayPal verified address, Kindly update complete shipping address and contact number for smooth and hassle free shipping.
Expedited Shipping
We are able to provide a faster method of shipping with online tracking and delivery confirmation within 4-5 working days, can be availed on request for just 20.
Cancellations Policy:
We Charge 10% of Order Value if any Order is Canceled Within 24 Hours of Purchase. We Charge 20% of Order Value if any Order is Canceled after 24 hours of Purchase. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
Return Policy:
1. We accept returns only if there is any manufacturing defect or in transit damage.
2. Refund amount is based on product price you have purchased for.
3. Please remember to contact us before sending any item back so that we provide our return address.
4. For incomplete or wrong address we are not liable for any return.
5. If the buyer wants to return the item for his/her own personal reasons (without any valid reason of item received in damage condition or unless it is defective) the return shipping charges will be born by buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
