This is a cut glass or crystal decanter with a matching stopper.  It has no markings on it that I could find.  It has a raised diamond shaped desgin at the base with a flat cut neck and a stopper that looks the same, but inverted.

The decanter measures 8.50 inches tall and is 11.75 inches to the top of the stopper.  The base is 5.00 inches across.

The stopperhas a concave top.  The decanter is clean and scent and residue free with no chips, cracks, or other damage.
