New ATP flexplate (automatic transmission) for LS based engines with 6-bolt crankshafts running an LS based 4L60E/4L65E transmission. This is known as the "curved" flexplate. Stock replacement for the following:

98-02 LS1 Camaro & Trans Am w/ 4L60E transmission
04-06 LS1/LS2 GTO w/ 4L60E/4L65E transmission
01-10 LQ4 LQ9 Trucks w/ 4L60E/4L65E transmission  ***This does not work with 99-00 6.0L truck crankshafts.  These models can be identified by having 3/8" extended PAST the rear engine cover.

NOTE : This does not work with 700R4/TH350/TH400/6L80E/4L80E transmissions.  Also, there are several variations of the 4L60E, they are not all compatible. This part is ONLY compatible with the LS based 4L60E/4L65E, which can be identified with a 6-bolt tailshaft housing, a removable bell housing, and a bolt hole at 12' O'clock on the bell housing. If your bell housing does not have a hole at 12 o'clock, it is not compatible with this flexplate.

NOTE : A flexplate has to match 4 criteria :

  • (1) It must match the bolt pattern of the crankshaft.
  • (2) It must match the balance of the crankshaft.
  • (3) It must have the proper diameter to match your starter and/or fit inside the bell housing.
  • (4) It must have the proper torque converter bolt pattern for your transmission.
