Dept 56 New England Village Mill Creek Pond #52651 Christmas Holiday Decor

This has been in a persons basement for years and never opened. We unsealed it to make sure everything was as advertised. We left the foam inserts attached to the pond in order to keep things as new as possible. Outside packaging has wear (discoloring) from storage but other than that, this was a new sealed item until we unsealed it to take photos.
