This is a souvenir from Restaurante S'Era De Pula.

Restaurant opened in 1969.

Located in Capdepera, Balearic Islands, Spain

My aunt used this as a spoon rest. 

I think its original purpose may have been a ashtray one side for cigarette and one side for cigar.
